What we collect
PropCheck WA does not require an account or any personal information to use. When you search an address, that address is used solely to query Western Australian government data APIs and return results to your browser. We do not store the addresses you search.
Cookies and analytics
PropCheck WA may use basic analytics to understand aggregate site usage (e.g. page views, referral sources). No personally identifiable information is collected. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
Third-party services
PropCheck WA uses Google Maps for address autocomplete and map display. When you type an address, your input is sent to Google Maps APIs subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Property risk data is fetched from WA government APIs on our servers — your IP address is not forwarded to these services.
Data retention
We do not maintain a database of user searches or property results. Each search is stateless — results are generated on demand and not stored.
